مرحبًا بكم في منصة شنقيط للتعليم عن بعد. باستخدامكم للمنصة أو التسجيل فيها، فإنكم تقرون بالموافقة على شروط الاستخدام الآتية والالتزام بما ورد فيها.

1. نطاق الاستخدام

توفر منصة شنقيط خدمات تعليمية في القرآن الكريم والعلوم الشرعية واللغة العربية، ويقتصر استخدام المنصة على الأغراض التعليمية المشروعة، ويمنع استخدامها في أي نشاط يخالف الأنظمة أو الآداب العامة.

2. حساب المستخدم

يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة عند التسجيل، والمحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول، ويعد مسؤولًا عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه. ولا يجوز مشاركة الحساب مع أي شخص آخر أو تمكين الغير من استخدامه.

3. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المواد العلمية المنشورة على المنصة، بما في ذلك الدروس والتسجيلات والملفات والاختبارات والتصاميم والشعارات، محفوظة الحقوق لمنصة شنقيط أو لأصحابها. ويمنع منعًا باتًا:

• نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة نشره أو توزيعه.
• تسجيل الدروس أو تحميلها أو تداولها خارج المنصة دون إذن كتابي.
• استخدام المحتوى لأي غرض تجاري أو تدريبي دون موافقة مسبقة.

4. الالتزام بالسلوك

يلتزم جميع المستخدمين بحسن الأدب واحترام المعلمين والإدارة وبقية الطلاب، والالتزام بالأنظمة المنظمة للدراسة، والامتناع عن أي إساءة أو تشويش أو مخالفة تخل بالبيئة التعليمية.

5. البرامج والاشتراكات

تسعى المنصة إلى تقديم برامجها وفق المواعيد المعلنة، ويجوز لها تعديل الجداول الدراسية أو مواعيد اللقاءات أو محتوى البرامج عند الحاجة بما يحقق المصلحة التعليمية.

6. تعليق أو إلغاء الحساب

تحتفظ إدارة المنصة بحق تعليق الحساب أو إيقافه أو إنهائه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو إساءة استخدام المنصة، أو الاعتداء على حقوقها أو حقوق مستخدميها.

7. إخلاء المسؤولية

تبذل منصة شنقيط أقصى جهدها لضمان جودة الخدمة واستمراريتها، إلا أنها لا تتحمل المسؤولية عن الانقطاعات التقنية أو الأعطال الخارجة عن إرادتها، كما لا تتحمل مسؤولية أي استخدام غير مشروع للحساب نتيجة إهمال صاحبه في المحافظة على بيانات الدخول.

8. تعديل الشروط

يجوز لإدارة المنصة تعديل شروط الاستخدام متى دعت الحاجة، ويعد استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد نشر التعديلات موافقةً عليها.

9. التواصل

للاستفسارات المتعلقة بشروط الاستخدام أو خدمات المنصة، يمكن التواصل مع إدارة منصة شنقيط عبر وسائل التواصل الرسمية المعلنة في الموقع.

Welcome to Shenqit distance-learning platform. By using or registering on the platform, you acknowledge your acceptance of the following terms of use and your commitment to abide by them.

1. Scope of Use

Shenqit provides educational services in the Holy Qur'an, the Islamic sciences, and the Arabic language. Use of the platform is limited to legitimate educational purposes, and it may not be used in any activity that violates regulations or public decency.

2. User Account

The user undertakes to provide accurate information when registering, to keep login credentials confidential, and is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. The account may not be shared with anyone else or made available for others to use.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All academic materials published on the platform — including lessons, recordings, files, tests, designs, and logos — are the reserved property of Shenqit Platform or their owners. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Copying, republishing, or distributing the content.
• Recording, downloading, or circulating lessons outside the platform without written permission.
• Using the content for any commercial or training purpose without prior consent.

4. Code of Conduct

All users are committed to good manners and respect for the teachers, the administration, and fellow students, to abide by the rules organizing study, and to refrain from any abuse, disruption, or violation that harms the educational environment.

5. Programs and Subscriptions

The platform strives to deliver its programs according to the announced schedule, and may modify study timetables, session times, or program content when needed in the educational interest.

6. Account Suspension or Cancellation

The platform administration reserves the right to suspend, pause, or terminate an account upon violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of its rights or the rights of its users.

7. Disclaimer

Shenqit Platform makes its utmost effort to ensure the quality and continuity of the service; however, it does not bear responsibility for technical interruptions or failures beyond its control, nor for any unlawful use of an account resulting from the owner's negligence in safeguarding login credentials.

8. Amendment of Terms

The platform administration may amend the terms of use whenever needed, and continued use of the platform after the amendments are published constitutes acceptance of them.
